Jaleo at Disney Springs has announced that they’re set to begin re-welcoming guests Thursday evening, but only four nights per week for now.
As of the time of this post, the restaurant will operate from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays and 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Sundays. You can make reservations via OpenTable or through the My Disney Experience app.
Guests can enjoy traditional and contemporary Spanish cuisine with an extensive variety of tapas, authentic paellas cooked over a wood-fired pit, cheeses, salads, and other signature specialties. A premier selection of sangrias, Spanish wines and sherries is also available.
