The Disney Parks Blog just released the “Sweet Treats” for this month! To celebrate the holiday season, the Magic Kingdom and Epcot have a ton of delicious and delectable treats like cupcakes, peppermint-flavored indulgences and so much more!
Over at Sunshine Seasons in Epcot, you’ll find a holiday cupcake, and at the Electric Umbrella and Liberty Inn, you can enjoy a premium hot chocolate or a holiday sugar cookies with green icing and sprinkles!
At the Kringla Bakeri Og Kafé in the Norway pavilion, try the Kransekake! Kransekake is a “traditional Norwegian confection that’s served both at Christmas time and at weddings.” Kransekake are almond paste cookies with white icing, occasionally topped with chocolate.
The Magic Kingdom has some holiday treats of its own. For example, the Lunching Pad in Tomorrowland is offering a Salted Caramel Pretzel! Multiple quick service locations will be offering a Sandy Claws Push-Cake Pop inspired by The Nightmare Before Christmas.
To celebrate the season, the churros at Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn and Café will be decked out with red and green sprinkles! If you’re in the mood for a brownie, head no further than Casey’s Corner where you’ll find a special holiday ornament brownie.
Fans of peppermint can get excited because there are a number of peppermint options! At Pinocchio Village Haus, you’ll find a peppermint gelato. At The Plaza Restaurant on Main Street U.S.A., there is a peppermint milkshake with raspberry sauce, whipped cream, and a cherry, and the Plaza Ice Cream Parlor will be offering a Peppermint Sundae!
Lastly, the Main Street Bakery is offering two cupcakes. A “new chocolate cupcake filled with peanut butter mousse and topped with mocha buttercream, chocolate curls, and a white chocolate Lightning McQueen” and a “yellow cupcake filled with strawberry mousse and topped with raspberry buttercream, strawberry crispy pearls, and a white chocolate Mickey and Minnie heart.”
