The Gran Destino Tower at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort is scheduled to open this July. Today the Disney Parks Blog shared some new information about the dining options coming to the tower. We have already shared the details and information about Toledo – Tapas, Steak & Seafood and Three Bridges Bar & Grill but we now know of two other dining locations coming to Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort.
Next to Toledo – Tapas, Steak & Seafood there will be the Dahlia Lounge. Here guests can enjoy a drink or appetizer in a rooftop lounge setting that’ll feature “whimsical forms, colors, unique lights, and especially unique libations and dishes.” The wine selection at Dahlia Lounge was picked by a “resident master sommeliers.”
On Dahlia Lounge tapas menu you’ll find “Chilled Marinated Mussels ‘Escabèche,’ Olive Oil-poached Tuna with Lemon, Valdeón Blue Cheese, or Traditional Tortilla Española’ Spanish Potato Omelet. Plates include Savory Churros, Roasted Beets, Head on Prawns, Espelette-dusted Marcona Almonds and more.”
In the lobby of the tower, guests will find the Barcelona Lounge. The Barcelona Lounge will “offer a European coffee experience as well as Spanish and classic American pastries and breakfast items.” Breakfast items will include “blueberry-lavender honey yogurt with flaxseed granola and fresh-squeezed orange juice.”
Coffee will be served throughout the day, but at night the lounge will serve artisanal cocktails “featuring a variety of tonics to complement an international gin collection.” Additionally, select wines and Spanish and American craft beers will be served. Small plates will also be available and include items like “Spanish charcutería and artisanal cheeses, Lentil Hummus ‘Aceitunas’ Marinated Olives and more.”
