Spring is showing up in a big way at Disney Springs in Walt Disney World, and if you’re planning a visit anytime soon, there’s a long list of new sips and bites worth tracking down. From over-the-top comfort food to refreshing cocktails and updated desserts, there’s a little something for every kind of craving right now.

Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’
If you’re already a fan of the Church Lady Deviled Eggs, this limited-time twist might be hard to pass up. The new Buffalo Blue Deviled Eggs take things up a notch, topped with fried chicken tossed in buffalo sauce, then balanced out with housemade blue cheese and chives. It’s bold, messy in the best way, and very on-brand for Homecomin’.
On the drinks side, the Tropical Itch cocktail is bringing some serious vacation energy. Made with bourbon, rum, Cointreau, and a mix of passionfruit, pineapple, and lemon juices, it’s bright, citrusy, and finished with a fun garnish you don’t see every day… a bamboo back scratcher.
Raglan Road Irish Pub
The Wicklow Baah-Ger is here for the rest of the week, so be sure to come in and try it for yourself. It’s made with Spice Lamb topped with crispy onions, pear chutney, and yogurt dressing, and served on a brioche bun.

Amorette’s Patisserie
Over at Amorette’s, a couple of familiar favorites have been refreshed with new flavors and textures.
The Chocolate Chip Cookie leans into that sweet-and-salty combo with brown butter, crushed pretzels, toffee, and a blend of milk and dark chocolate chunks, all finished with a white chocolate stamp. Meanwhile, the updated Brownie goes all in on chocolate, topped with ganache, crispy passion fruit pearls, cookie pieces, and a dark chocolate Mickey coin.
Vivoli il Gelato
Vivoli is keeping things interesting with a few limited-time offerings that feel perfect for warmer weather.
The Vanilla Guinness float is still available for now, pairing creamy vanilla gelato with a pour of Guinness for a rich, slightly unexpected combination. If you’re more in the mood for something sweet and nutty, the pistachio gelato croissant is another standout, featuring flaky layers filled with gelato made from Italian Bronte pistachios.
The Polite Pig
For something more savory, The Polite Pig is serving up a new chef special that leans into comfort food with a little kick.
The Spicy Peach Glazed Pork Shank is slow-cooked until tender and coated in a peach glaze that brings both sweetness and heat. It’s served alongside black-eyed peas, making it a hearty option if you’re looking for something more filling.
Earth Month “Bee” Cocktail
There’s also a seasonal cocktail making the rounds at a few Disney Springs spots, including The Edison, Morimoto Asia, Enzo’s Hideaway, and Maria & Enzo’s.
The Bee’s Harvest Margarita is made with Patrón Silver and is part of a limited-time Earth Month offering that gives back to The Bee Cause, which supports pollinator education and conservation. It’s an easy add-on if you’re already planning to grab a drink, and it’s nice knowing it supports something meaningful.
