We are being treated to a media preview today of the Gran Destino Tower that is set to open its doors at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort tomorrow, July 9, 2019.
During the preview, we were invited into Toledo Tapas, Steak & Seafood, the rooftop restaurant that will offer stunning views of the nightly fireworks displays Epcot and Disney’s Hollywood Studios, to try some of their menu items. Take a look at some of the items we tried and be on the lookout for a complete review of the restaurant after we experience dinner on opening night.
