As previously reported, a brand-new show will be coming to Cirque du Soleil at Disney Springs in April 2020. The announcement has been made today that the name of the show is Drawn to Life, as the show will highlight Disney animation. Drawn to Life is the result of a partnership between Cirque du Soleil, Walt Disney Imagineering, and Walt Disney Animation Studios.
The show will focus on the adventures of a girl named Julie who discovers an unfinished animation piece left to her by her late father. She is guided by a surprising pencil and childhood memories and learns to dream of fresh possibilities and draw the story of her future.
Previews for Drawn to Life begin March 20, 2020, with the official premier set for April 17, 2020. Tickets start as low as $67, depending on performance, and are available on the Cirque du Soleil website.
