New Anaheim transportation hub to open next month

The new Anaheim Regional Transportation Intermodal Center (ARTIC) is scheduled to celebrate its grand opening on December 13, 2014.
ARTIC is located between the Honda Center and Angel Stadium and will replace the small train station in the parking lot of Angel Stadium. The building will serve as a hub for OCTA buses, Metrolink, Amtrak, Anaheim Resort Transportation (ART) and other transportation providers, including the recently announced MegaBus, which will provide low cost bus service to San Franciso, Oakland and San Jose.
In addition, ARTIC will offer transit oriented retail, specialty dining, WiFI, charging stations, parking, bike racks and lockers.
ARTIC will open for service on December 6, but will celebrate its grand opening with food, music, activities, tours and giveaways from 9:30am to 3:00pm on Saturday, December 13, 2014.
