Trying the New Bluey Treats at Disney’s Animal Kingdom

Bluey and Bingo have officially arrived at Disney’s Animal Kingdom and with them comes a whimsical new character experience – Bluey’s Wild World at Conservation Station, new merchandise, and themed menu items throughout the park! You can find special Bluey treats at Pizzafari, Isle of Java, and Eight Spoon Cafe. The largest selection of menu items plus the ability to Mobile Order with plenty of space to dine is at Pizzafari. Pizzafari is also a great place for families to find something for everyone to eat for lunch or dinner.

After enjoying incredible Bluey-themed food at Disneyland earlier this year, we were thrilled to try what Disney World had to offer!

Pizzafari offers some of the best details – intricate wood carvings, stonework, and murals. The restaurant was part of Animal Kingdom’s opening day in 1998 and the craftsmanship is part of what makes this park so beautiful. Inside Pizzafari, we were pleasantly surprised to see Cast Members handing out Bluey and Bingo coloring sheets with crayons. Just another way Disney World is making Cool Kids’ Summer a thoughtful experience for young families.

Fairy Bread Cake – vanilla birthday cake dipped in white chocolate and rainbow sprinkles with raspberry dipping sauce – $5.19

Fairy Bread is traditionally white bread, butter, and sprinkles and is featured in several Bluey episodes. The Disney World version is much different with some of the same aesthetics. There great news – it’s delicious!

The cake is dense and similar to what would be inside a cake pop. Combined with the white chocolate coating and sprinkles, it’s quite sweet! Because of its sweetness, the portion size is plenty to share. The rasperry dipping sauce adds a nice tartness but not necessary. The portion of the raspberry sauce is pretty small and the texture is more similar to a jam – just enough to cut the sweetness.

Wackadoo Fruit Freeze – a frozen twist on Bluey’s beloved fruit salad made with Simply® Fruit Punch and garnished with fruit salad – $6.79

The Wackadoo Fruit Freeze is perfect for a hot summer day at Animal Kingdom. The frozen fruit punch isn’t overly sweet and is super refreshing with the addition of the fruit on top. Despite it’s cute presentation, this fun beverage is perfect for both kids and adults!

Both the Fairy Bread and Wackadoo Fruit Freeze are surprisingly delightful and will be a crowd-pleaser for your entire family! Be sure to try both of these limited-time options on your next visit to Animal Kingdom.
