Disney just released another Foodie Guide, and this time it’s for my favorite park EPCOT. October 1st is quickly approaching, meaning it’s almost time to celebrate EPCOT’s 40th Anniversary! What better way to celebrate EPCOT than to spend it eating throughout the park, such an EPCOT thing to do.
These treats and drinks are so colorful, and they all look fantastic. Over at Connections Cafe, they will serve the most beautiful EPCOT 40th Liege Waffle I’ve ever seen. The real winner is the Figment Sponge Cake with honey-lime mousse because it’s Figment and gorgeous. That treat is definitely going to be a popular one. The drink I would get is the Clarified Margarita because it comes in a “MEXICO 40” souvenir cup with a glow cube. I am a little disappointed that there aren’t more options, but what is being offered looks good, so hopefully, it is.
