Hello everyone! As we continue to wait for an official opening date let’s look at a few “progress” pictures I grabbed while on the Peoplemover at the Magic Kingdom.
The crew is out there working hard just not sure what pace they are working at.
Seems like they still have a lot to do to complete the entrance. There’s still a lot of dirt everywhere.
The walkway between Space Mountain and Tron looks like it still needs more work done. Doesn’t quite look like a sidewalk yet, hopefully that will change soon.
They are still working on the outside of the Tomorrowland Light & Power Co. which is the gift shop you get dumped into after Space Mountain. Remember when there used to be an arcade in there?
Honestly, it looks like they still have a long way to go until opening. The construction progress is moving slower than snail but I am hoping for an official opening date any day now. TRON Lightcycle Power Run is set to open in Spring of 2023, let’s hope they stay on track.
