Six Ravens willy open its doors at Disney Springs very soon, bringing an entirely new savory dining option from the creators of Gideon’s Bakehouse. The new quick-service location has posted its operating hours for the first time, and Disney has released the complete menu with pricing.
For Monday, July 20, Six Ravens listed operating hours on the Walt Disney World website from 10 AM to 11 PM, however the location has NOT opened yet:

Located in the former Art of Shaving storefront just steps from Gideon’s Bakehouse, Six Ravens leans into a gothic-inspired atmosphere with a menu centered around its signature item: the “Coffyn.” According to Six Ravens, “Coffyn” is an old medieval term for a hand pie, and each one features a yeast roll filled with savory ingredients and paired with a house-made dipping sauce.
Coffyn Menu
Each Coffyn is priced at $10.99.
- The Peasant’s Patty | A classic cheeseburger with American cheese and dill pickle bits, wrapped in a sesame seed-topped Coffyn. Served with Pink Salamander dipping sauce.
- The Villain of Valentina | House basil pesto chicken with balsamic tomatoes and garlic inside a herb panko-coated Coffyn. Served with Bruno’s Garlic Knot Juice.
- The Wizard’s Wonder | Mac and cheese, pickled poblano peppers, pulled pork, and BBQ-seasoned panko crumbs inside a BBQ crumb-coated Coffyn. Served with Prince Donut’s Smoke and Cherry BBQ Sauce.
- The Imperial Idol | Mildly spicy chicken with potato, carrot, and coconut curry in a fried garlic-coated Coffyn. Served with Red Panda’s Dipping Sauce.
- The Moreish Monk | A grilled cheese made with Vermont white cheddar, Havarti, and house tomato jam inside a parmesan-coated Coffyn. Served with Wolf Peach Dipping Sauce.
- The Forager’s Find | Roasted sweet potatoes seasoned with spices, black bean corn salsa, crushed pepitas, and queso cotija in a pumpkin seed-topped Coffyn. Served with Tropic of Mango Aioli Dip.
- The Rooster’s Roar | A breakfast option filled with bacon, egg, and cheese inside an everything bagel-seasoned Coffyn. A vegetarian version with potato, egg, and cheese is also available. (This item is served daily from 9 AM until sold out and comes with Papi’s Crema Dipping Sauce.)

The menu also includes a pair of side and dessert options.
- Tale Teller Tatties ($8.66) | baked smashed potatoes served with honey mustard
- The Tart’s Tempest ($7.66) | Gideon’s chocolate chip tart filled with chocolate fudge and topped with raspberry jam.

Drinks
Choose from a small beverage selection, including The Friar’s Fault ($6.96), a house root beer with sassafras and vanilla bean flavors, along with assorted fountain drinks ($3.66).

Six Ravens also notes that guests with food allergies should speak with a Cast Member before ordering, as the kitchen cannot guarantee that menu items are free from allergens.
