Columbia Harbour House is one of the best quick-service restaurants in the Magic Kingdom with ample seating, cozy décor, and a menu that offers more than just theme park burgers. The literal icing on the cake is the NEW seasonal Gingerbread Cake; making the nice list for this year’s holiday treats at Walt Disney World!
Columbia Harbour House is located in Liberty Square directly across from the Haunted Mansion. You can mobile order at this location – including the Gingerbread Cake! Even better, you don’t need a Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party ticket to enjoy this festive treat. In fact, it’s only available during regular park hours.
Gingerbread Cake – gingerbread chiffon cake with cream cheese frosting, dulce ganache, and a candy gingerbread piece on top for $6.29 (or a Disney Dining Plan Snack Credit).
This three-layer cake looks exactly like the menu picture and is a decent size… but you won’t want to share! The gingerbread flavor is subtle, giving it more of a holiday spice taste. So, if you’re not a huge gingerbread fan, you’ll likely still enjoy this one! Of course, the best part is the cream cheese frosting and dulce ganache – both rich and creamy with just the right frosting-to-cake ratio.
