Town Center at Disney Springs is next to the Marketplace and is a smaller section. This area of Disney Springs has six quick-service and two table-service restaurants. It may seem like there’s not a lot here, but one of the best restaurants at Walt Disney World lives in this area. Also, one of the best quick-service options at Disney Springs is located in the Town Center. Anyway, let’s jump into the culinary delights of Town Center!

QUICK SERVICE

Amorette’s Patisserie

This high-end pastry shop offers classic cakes and pastries. Here, guests can watch the pastry chefs in the open kitchen as they decorate their signature cakes. Watching them create their sweet masterpieces is so mesmerizing. They also have seasonal desserts that are out of this world.

Blaze Fast Fire’d Pizza

This fast-casual artisanal pizza restaurant seats 200 guests in a 5,000-square-foot building. This build-your-own pizza chain uses extra hot ovens to cook the 11-inch pizzas in 3 minutes. Similar to Chipotle or Subway, guests choose which ingredients they want on their pizzas, or they can choose from some of the restaurant’s suggestions.

I have always loved Blaze, especially since they are very accommodating regarding allergies, especially gluten and dairy. They offer a gluten-free crust and vegan cheese, which is great for those with allergies but who still want to enjoy pizza with their group. Here, visitors can have more than just pizza. They can also find salads here, along with desserts and fun beverages.

D-Luxe Burger

D-Luxe Burger is a gourmet burger joint at Town Center at Disney Springs, offering some exciting burger choices, French fries with your choice of dipping sauce, and some pretty awesome milkshakes!

They have great sandwiches, and their outdoor seating area has the most beautiful view of the springs. I used to come here when all my college classes were moved online. I would order some food and sit out there while taking my virtual class.

The Daily Poutine

The Daily Poutine is a quick service kiosk at Town Center at Disney Springs serving up gourmet fries and their take on the Canadian classic – Poutine! Here, guests can find seasonal offerings and delicious year-round poutine dishes. This is a wonderful option for visitors who want to grab food and keep on walking. I also think these dishes are perfect for sharing if you need a snack.

Sprinkles Cupcakes

Sprinkles Cupcakes serves handcrafted cupcakes, homemade cookies, and slow-churned ice cream.

In addition to the bakery location, Sprinkles has a “cupcake ATM” that is open from 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 a.m. The machine is stocked with about 400 cupcakes and is replenished throughout the day and again when the bakery closes for the night. A robotic arm is used to lift the boxes so the frosting stays intact. In addition to regular cupcakes, there are also vegan, gluten-free, sugar-free, and doggie options.

Sprinkles is known for their salted oatmeal cornflake flavor, as well as banana peanut butter, maple bacon, Cuban coffee, and lemon coconut.

The Polite Pig

The Polite Pig is one of the best quick-service dining locations at Disney Springs. The restaurant produces a wonderful barbecue smell that flows through the air and will definitely pull you into the dining location.

The Polite Pig features “modern barbecue” prepared in an open kitchen and Southern sides such as a tomato and watermelon salad, mac and cheese, and smoked corn with lime butter. There is also a bar with seven different barbecue sauces, from Layla’s Sweet to Fresno Hot Sauce. Also included on the menu is a selection of craft beers and cocktails, featuring a bourbon bar with more than 50 selections from small batch bourbons to a Pappy Van Winkle 23-Year Family Reserve.

TABLE SERVICE

Frontera Cocina

Frontera Cocina is somewhere I haven’t eaten at yet, but I hear that it is a great restaurant. It is right across from Pandora and sits on the beautiful springs. I really hope I can eat here one day soon!

Chef Rick Bayless opened this restaurant venture at Disney Springs. Bayless is a six-time James Beard Foundation award winner, won Bravo’s Top Chef Masters, and has hosted Mexico – One Plate at a Time on National Public Television for ten seasons. Chef Bayless focuses on Mexican cuisine and operates several popular Chicago restaurants – Frontera Grill, Topolobampo, Xoco, and Frontera Fresco.

Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’

Homecomin’ is my favorite table service restaurant at Disney Springs, not just because the food is delicious but because the atmosphere is like no other. The fried chicken is the best I have ever had. There are also many other standout dishes on the menu. I highly suggest visiting this restaurant if you can.

This restaurant is from Art Smith, known from his time as Oprah’s private chef and a judge on the show BBQ Pitmasters. Smith also runs Table fifty-two in Chicago, Art and Soul in D.C., Southern Art & Bourbon Bar in Atlanta, and LYFE Kitchen in Palo Alto. Smith has been awarded two honors from the James Beard Foundation and began his career with a culinary internship in the Disney College Program.

Hi, I'm Erica, and I write about all things Disney. Before working for The DIS, I was a theme park performer at SeaWorld, but I also performed at Disney. I have such an immense love for theme parks to the point I studied them in college.
