Hey Disney vacation planners! If you’re anything like me, your work week is filled with little procrastination side quests, usually involving dreaming up your next Disney vacation and mentally planning all the things you absolutely have to see, eat, and experience when you get there. And with Halloween on the calendar, there is so much to keep track of. Honestly, it’s the stuff Disney dreams are made of, and I am here for every delicious, spooky little detail.
From unusual merch finds to returning seasonal snacks, I’m all about getting into the nitty-gritty and figuring out exactly what I want to try and when. Because let’s be honest, a little planning can make a Disney vacation even more fun! With that in mind, there are three new cocktails coming to The Edison this Halloween season, and just like last year’s offerings, the presentation is seriously on point. If you’re looking for a little spooky sophistication to add to your Disney Springs plans, here’s what you can expect from one of my favorite spots at Walt Disney World.
The Alleycat ($19)
Served with a vial of “blood,” The Alleycat is made of Dos Hombres tequila, orange juice, agave nectar, lime juice and beet juice float.

Hallowed By Thy Grove ($18)
Hallowed By Thy Grove is composed of Dos Hombres mezcal, Dos Hombres tequila, creme de mure, barrel-aged maple syrup, lemon, lime, cardamom bitters and blackberry.

Blood Donor ($20)
Blood Donor is made from Bacardi Superior, Aperol, Solerno blood orange liqueur and lime juice.

I’ve got to admit that last one does creep me out a little bit, but we are definitely awarding a gold star on presentation and effort. I’ll be taking an Alleycat or two on my next allocated resort day when an adult beverage or two won’t slow down my park mojo!
