Walt Disney World will be celebrating Easter with religious services on Sunday April 12, 2009 at the Contemporary Resort in the Fantasia Ballroom.
WDW strongly recommends to resort guests staying at a monorail resort to use the monorail or watercraft to the Contemporary. All other resort guests should use WDW resort transportation to MK and then transfer to a shuttle bus which will take you to the Contemporary. The Contemporary, Polynesian, Grand Floridian parking lots will be operating with parking restrictions.
The schedule for services will be:
- Catholic Mass – 8am and 10:15am
- Protestant Service – 9am

Where: Tour Guide Gardens - Magic Kingdom admission required. They will appear intermittently. There will be photographers taking pictures. Mr. and Mrs. Bunny will also appear in the Pre Parade on Easter Sunday only April 12 around 2:52 PM.
Main Street Poodle Society Ladies- meet and greets throught Town Square. Only on April 12. Times are 8 to 8:25 AM, 8:45-9:10 AM, 9:35 to 10 AM, 10:30 to 11 AM, 11:45 to 12:15 PM. They will also appear in the Pre Parade with Mr. and Mrs. Bunny.
Mobile Azalea Trail Maids- meet and greets throughout Town Square April 12 only. 9-10:30 AM and 11:30 to 12:30. They will also appear in the Pre Parade with Mr. and Mrs. Bunny.
Celebrate a Dream Come True Parade- Only one parade will be performed on April 5, 11 and 12 at 3 PM. Two parades will be performed April 6-10 at 12 PM and 3 PM. The parade starts from Town Square.
Move it! Shake It! Celebrate it! Street Party parade times April 6-10 will be at 10 AM, 5:15 PM and 6:45 PM.
Spectromagic will have two performance each night April 5-12 at 9 PM and 11 PM.
Easter Egg hunt for 3-9 year olds in the Heritage Garden at the American Adventure. They will happen every 30 minutes from 11:40 AM- 5:40 PM on April 12.
Easter Egg relay for 6-12 year olds at Future World West Garden just outside Character Spot in Innoventions West. They will be held 40 mins after the hour from 10:40 AM to 4:40 PM.
Storytelling with Pocohontas, plus character greetings through April 15, 2009 at 10 AM and 3:30 PM at Camp Minnie- Mickey. The Easter Buny will be at the Good Times Gathering Spot on April 12, 2009.
