Walt Disney World has been cleared of any wrongdoing in the
death of a performer in the
Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular. Anislav Varbanov died in August when he broke his neck during a practice for the attraction at
Disney's Hollywood Studios.
After a six month investigation, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration ruled that the theme park did not breach any safety regulations in the incident. Varbanov was practicing a tumbling roll for the show, when he tumbled wrong and broke his neck. He had only been a performer in this attraction for about a week.
