Universal Orlando is planning to celebrate Veteran's Day in a special way this week. On Friday, November 9, the Universal Orlando Resort's Veteran Network will take part in a special parade at Universal Studios. The Network is made up of more than 400 Universal team members who have served our country in the various branches of the U.S. Military. Along with them will be several groups from Orlando: the American Legion, Orlando Police Department, Orlando Fire Department's Pipe & Drum Corps, JROTC Multi-Branch Color Guard from several area high schools and the Jones High School marching band. Universal characters and street performers will also join in the celebration.

Starting time for the parade is 11:00 am in front of Beetlejuice's Graveyard Revue. A flag-raising ceremony will take place in Music Plaza. The veterans will be treated to a private lunch after the parade.
