Disneyland Forever fireworks to end after Diamond Celebration?

Rumors are starting to swirl that “Disneyland Forever” fireworks go away when Disneyland’s Diamond Celebration ends in September.

While “Remember…Dreams Come True” fireworks that were part of Disneyland’s 50th celebration lasted nearly 10 years, budgetary concerns could be forcing a change this time around.

Speculation is that a small show, such as “Fantasy in the Sky”, would be presented in the interim, along with “Halloween Screams” during Halloween party nights, then transitioning into the traditional Christmas show in November.

We’ve also heard that there will be nighttime changes at Disney California Adventure with the return of the standard “World of Color” show.  This change is not budgetary, but due to the lack of popularity of the current “World of Color: Celebrate!” show.

Disneyland’s Diamond Celebration began in May of 2015 and continues through September 5, 2016.
