D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event kicks off later this week in Anaheim, but you don’t necessarily need a ticket or a flight to California to catch some of the biggest presentations. Disney has revealed its Disney+ streaming schedule for D23 2026, and several panels and showcases will be available to watch live from home.
Things get started Friday, August 14, with the 35th Anniversary Celebration of Beauty and the Beast at 11 a.m. PT. Saturday brings the Percy Jackson and the Olympians Season 3 panel at 3:30 p.m. PT, followed by the Disney Rewind Encore Concert at 6:30 p.m.
Then comes the one Disney Parks fans will probably have circled on their calendars. As we previously reported, Horizons: Disney Experiences Showcase streams live Saturday at 7 p.m. PT. This is where we’ll hear from Disney Imagineers and get updates and first looks at projects currently underway at Walt Disney World, Disneyland Resort, Disney Cruise Line, and other Disney destinations worldwide.
The streaming continues Sunday with the Disney Worldbuilders panel at 10:15 a.m. PT. Jared Bush, Pete Docter, Jon Favreau, Dave Filoni, and Kevin Feige will join filmmaker Leslie Iwerks for the conversation. The Disney Worldbuilders documentary itself arrives on Disney+ August 20.
A couple of presentations will be recorded at D23 and made available afterward. Disney Princess: The Ultimate Concert Celebration begins streaming Sunday, August 16, while the Disney Legends Awards Ceremony will be available beginning at 6 p.m. PT that evening.
If you’re attending the event this year, you should also know that Disney+ and Hulu are getting involved outside the convention center. A Disney+ Perks Treat Truck will be stationed at Downtown Disney District from August 13-15, serving themed donuts and collectible patches. Disneyland will host a Disney+ Hulu Throwbacks Dance Party at Tomorrowland Terrace on August 13, with music from Hannah Montana, High School Musical, The Cheetah Girls, and Camp Rock.
There are more Disney+ and Hulu activities happening throughout the weekend, but for those of you following D23 from home, the streaming schedule is the big one. And with the Disney Experiences showcase airing live Saturday night, we won’t have to spend the evening refreshing social media every 30 seconds to find out what Disney just announced.
