Disney’s Lakeshore Lodge will officially open at Walt Disney World on July 1, 2027, and Disney has just revealed a first look at the accommodations coming to the new Disney Vacation Club resort.
The resort will feature 967 rooms, ranging from two-person Duo Studios to three-bedroom Grand Villas and new waterfront Lake Houses. Designs will pull from Disney animated films with outdoor settings, using natural materials, earth tones, and artwork from the Walt Disney Animation Studios archives.
First Look at Lakeshore Lodge Rooms
Each room category will have its own Disney inspiration:
Duo Studios, sleeping two, will feature Encanto.

Deluxe Studios, sleeping four, will feature Bambi.

One- and Two-Bedroom Villas, sleeping up to five and nine, will also draw from Bambi and include full kitchens and washers and dryers.

Three-Bedroom Grand Villas, sleeping up to 12, will feature artwork and design elements inspired by Fantasia.

Resort Studios and Resort Studio King Rooms will take inspiration from Pocahontas.

Among the most unique accommodations are the one- and two-bedroom Lake Houses along Bay Lake. The freestanding A-frame accommodations will sleep up to five or eight guests and include floor-to-ceiling windows, private waterfront porches, full kitchens, and washers and dryers.

The Lake Houses will be themed to Brother Bear, including artwork inspired by the film’s Alaskan setting and a Northern Lights-inspired lighting feature in the primary bedroom.

Lakeshore Lodge will also offer an elevated accommodation option with the Hidden Willow Presidential Suite, a two-bedroom suite sleeping up to six guests with views of Bay Lake and Magic Kingdom fireworks.

Club Level Comes to Lakeshore Lodge
Guests staying in select club level rooms will have access to The Artist’s Nest, the resort’s concierge lounge offering personalized service, complimentary refreshments, and views of the Magic Kingdom fireworks.
