While it won’t be open in time for the film’s 25th anniversary, Monsters, Inc. fans can look forward to the all-new land, Monstropolis, opening at Hollywood Studios in 2027 or 2028. The replica of the fictional city will feature two new dining options, a new show titled Welcome to Monstropolis, and a new coaster centered around the famous revolving doors.
It’s going to be pretty incredible to finally step into a world we’ve been watching on screen for 25 years. And with Mike, Sulley, and the rest of the monsters getting their own corner of Hollywood Studios, there’s even more reason for fans to be excited about what’s ahead.
