Disney California Adventure has released information about all of the entertainment that will be coming as Festival of Holidays begins this weekend, including a brand new show starring Mickey Mouse.
Festival of Holidays includes live entertainment, crafts, Disney characters, and diverse foods in the Festival Foods Marketplace
Mickey’s Happy Holidays is a new character celebration featuring Disney and Pixar characters, plus the Holiday Toy Drummers. Look for Mickey and his pals twice daily as they dance to a mix of high-energy music at either the Paradise Gardens Park Obelisk or in Carthay Circle.
Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Goofy, Chip ‘n Dale, Clarabelle, and even the Country Bears will all be wearing their holiday best.
At the Palisades Stage (in the World of Color view area), there will also be some new entertainment with the Holiday Sunset Concerts. Look for rock cover band The Suffragettes on Sunday through Tuesday evenings and the little-big band Phat Cat Swinger on Wednesday through Saturday evenings.
Throughout the Paradise Gardens area you’ll also find some returning favorites like the Indian & Bollywood dances of Blue 13 Dance Company, the Klezmer fun of Mostly Kosher, the a cappella holiday music of The Sound, and the award winning Mariachi Divas.
In addition, ¡Viva Navidad! returns featuring The Three Caballeros, Santa visits the Redwood Creek Challenge Trail, the Holiday Toy Drummers continue their antics, and World of Color-Season of Light takes over Paradise Bay.
Disney Festival of Holidays continues through January 6, 2020.
