While some ports have reopened, the damage in the Eastern Caribbean due to Hurricane Irma and Hurricane Maria is still affecting the port of Tortola in the British Virgin islands. In order to provide the best guest experience, Disney Cruise Line has made the decision to instead visit Philipsburg, St. Maarten on all Eastern Caribbean sailings aboard the Disney Fantasy until at least March 2018.
The new itinerary is as follows:
- Saturday – Port Canaveral
- Sunday – At Sea
- Monday – At Sea
- Tuesday – Philipsburg, St. Maarten
- Wednesday – St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands
- Thursday – At Sea
- Friday – Castaway Cay
- Saturday – Port Canaveral
For any guests that have already booked Port Adventures in Tortola, they have been removed and those guests may now book Adventures in St. Maarten. Other guests, can book Port Adventures based on the updated itinerary when their booking window opens.
