Evacuation order issued for Port Canaveral to close at noon on Wednesday, Oct. 5

An evacuation order has been issued for Port Canaveral for noon on Wednesday, in advance of the arrival of Hurricane Matthew. العاب تربح منها المال This is the first time since 2004 that the Port has been evacuated; at that time it was closed to ship traffic for 11 days after Hurricanes Charley, Jeanne, and Frances. CEO John Murray said, “This is a serious storm and the protection of people and property is our primary concern. We expect high winds and storm surge throughout the port and have urged the Port community to prepare their facilities so business can resume as quickly as possible after the storm.”



Until the order is lifted, no boats will be allowed in the harbor.

The storm is projected to arrive on Florida’s coast early Friday.

There is no word yet from Disney Cruise Line on how this affects their sailings.  Currently, the Disney Dream is scheduled to return to port on Friday; the Disney Fantasy is set to return on Saturday.  Each of those ships are then scheduled to head back out later that day. كيفية لعبة روليت  The Disney Magic is scheduled to sail out on Saturday.
