Menu for Tiana’s Place onboard the re-imagined Disney Wonder


Exclusive to the Disney Wonder, Tiana’s Place restaurant is inspired by Princess Tiana from the Disney animated feature, “The Princess and the Frog.” The new restaurant will transport guests to an era of southern charm, spirited jazz and street party celebrations. Influenced by southern-style cuisine, chefs will cook up Tiana’s recipes, drawing inspiration from the flavors and ingredients of the Louisiana bayou. (Photo illustration, Disney)

The menu has been released for Tiana’s Place, a new restaurant onboard re-imagined Disney Wonder. This New Orleans French Quarter supper club is inspired by the film The Princess and the Frog. Menu items will be versions of Louisiana specialties and the music will be reminiscent of jazz street party celebrations. Tiana’s personal touch will be evident in the menu, the entertainment and throughout every detail in the restaurant.

Tiana’s Place replaces Parrot Cay as one of the main dining rooms included in the rotational dining.

Appetizers

  • Boudin Sausage Fritters – Minced Pork and Boudin Sausage, Breaded and Fried, served with a Bourbon Aioli
  • Prince Naveen’s Cajun Charcuterie Board – Cured Pork Shoulder, Duck Rillette, Duck Pastrami, Saucisson, Cajun Egg, Spiced Mustard and Pickles
  • Sautéed Gulf Shrimp and Grits with Andouille Sausage, Grilled Green Onions and a Smoked Barbecue Sauce
  • Ahi Tuna Tartare with Mango, Pine Nuts, Radish and Wasabi

  • New Orleans Seafood Pepper Pot – a Creole Bouillabaisse with Calamari, Shrimp, Scallops and Flat Leaf Parsley
  • Mama Odie’s Creamy Tomato Soup with chopped Cilantro
  • Iceberg Wedge with Pepper Jack Cheese, bacon, Tomato, Basil and a creamy Thousand Island Dressing
