Central Florida Tourism Oversight District & Disney Reach Settlement in Ongoing State Lawsuit

The Central Florida Tourism Oversight District board has announced that The Walt Disney Company and the District have proposed a settlement agreement that could end their respective lawsuits. FL Judge Grants Disney Extension to Respond to Motion to Dismiss

Monday afternoon, US District Judge Allen Winsor granted Disney’s request for an extension to file a response to FL Governor Ron DeSantis’s motion to dismiss the First Amendment Federal lawsuit.
