FL Senate Passes Bill to Overhaul Reedy Creek Improvement District

Yesterday, the Florida House of Representatives passed the bill to restructure the Reedy Creek Improvement District and give the governor the ability to appoint all five board members. Today, the Florida Senate voted in favor of the bill which will now go to Florida Governor Ron DeSantis to be signed.
