Toy Story Land has a new snack stop (Popcorn and Snacks), and it fits right into Andy’s backyard in the most playful way possible. Recently opened at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, the new stand looks like a giant, tipped-over popcorn box that someone forgot to put away after playtime. You can easily spot it from the land’s main walkway once you get closer to the Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge side; it’s located just across from Alien Swirling Saucers, next to Toy Story Land’s restrooms.

Up close, the details really sell it. The ordering windows are propped open with colorful, frilled party toothpicks. The menu signs appears hand-written, reinforcing the idea that this is all part of a kid’s imaginative setup. It is a small footprint, but it adds another layer of whimsy to a land that thrives on those scale tricks and sight gags.

As for the menu, you’ll find classic theme park staples like popcorn, frozen lemonade cups, and Mickey Premium Ice Cream Bars, which are always welcome on a hot Florida day. For grown-ups, there are alcoholic beverages like draft beer and coke with rum, vodka, or whiskey. The real reason people are stopping, though, is for the Pizza Planet Pepperoni Spring Rolls.

These spring rolls are essentially a deluxe Totino’s pizza roll. Inside the crisp spring roll shell, you get slices of pepperoni and mozzarella cheese, along with familiar pizza seasoning flavors. The shell is nicely crunchy, and each roll delivers two or three quick yet satisfying bites. The cheese could stand to be a bit more melty, but the flavor is solid enough and snackable. (Personally, Magic Kingdom’s cheeseburger spring rolls win my heart by a landslide.)

The pair comes with a side of Red Gold marinara sauce for dipping, as there is no sauce inside the roll itself. However, we found dipping the rolls in ranch enhanced the flavors a bit more (when does ranch dressing not?). Of course, this involves walking your rolls over to Backlot Express or ABC Commissary, or you could pick up the complimentary ranch cups on your way into Toy Story Land.

The price is where things get a little tricky. At $9.49 for two spring rolls, they are not exactly a bargain. Personally, for just about a dollar more, the loaded totchos at nearby Woody’s Lunch Box still feel like the better value. You get a heartier meal portion and much more variety in textures and flavors. That said, it is always a win to see Toy Story Land getting more food options, especially ones that help spread out crowds during busier snacking times.
There isn’t any nearby seating — outside of Woody’s Lunchbox‘s, which is already a capacity nightmare most of the day. We found ourselves wandering over to some shady spots just inside Galaxy’s Edge:

This new stand may be small, but it adds charm, some capacity, and a fun new snack to the area. Now that we have Pizza Planet spring rolls, though, it does beg the question… How about building an actual Pizza Planet restaurant next?
