Disney's Fifth Annual California Food and Wine Festival has quickly become a guest favorite. The Disneyland Resort plays host to this festival that showcases the diverse tastes of the Golden State Festival Highlights. From Friday through Sunday there are celebrity chefs and noted sommeliers who conduct demonstrations and seminars as well as host special dinners. There are complimentary activities, food and wine samplings and Signature events. Most of the action takes place at Disney California Adventure while some events are at the Grand Californian's award winning Napa Rose Restaurant. "Taste of California" Marketplace
The marketplace returns to Disney's California Food & Wine Festival! Enjoy unique festival foods created especially for the Festival. Delicious tapas-sized tastings are available in the Festival Showplace, located in Stage 12 in the Hollywood Pictures Backlot. Expertly paired wines and beer are also available for purchase.

The "Wine Seller"
With hundreds of wines featured, you're sure to find a new favorite. The Wine Seller offers full-bottle sales of selected wines available for purchase to enjoy at home. For your convenience, bottle purchases will be delivered to Package Pickup located outside the entrance to Disney's California Adventure Park.

Attend seminars, demonstrations and events — including Sweet Sundays — at the Showplace Stage, located in the Festival Showplace.

The Festival will include complimentary Culinary Demonstrations at the Bountiful Valley Farm and Pacific Wharf. (Please check the daily schedule of events.) Wine, Beer and Spirits Tasting Seminars as well as Educational and Lifestyle Seminars hosted at the lower patio of the Golden Vine Winery and Pacific Wharf Stage. (Note that participants must be 21 years or older.)

Sweet Sunday’s
Begin your Sweet Sunday with a sparkling toast and a light buffet. Afterwards one of the acclaimed pastry chefs in our lineup will demonstrate how to make three signature desserts. You'll get an opportunity to sample these luscious sweets throughout the session.

"Festival Wine Receptions" The Festival Wine Receptions will take place at the Golden Vine Winery. A variety of wines will be served with hot and cold hors d'ouevres.

"Napa Rose Cooking School"
A Student's View of the Napa Rose Cooking School Blog
Led by Executive Chef Andrew Sutton, this very popular event takes place in the beautiful show kitchen of the Napa Rose restaurant on selected Saturday mornings during the Festival. Awaken your inner chef as you create your own culinary masterpiece, a gourmet four-course meal, which is enjoyed at the conclusion of the class.

Taste Wine Like an Expert
Select Saturday afternoons at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa. Join Advanced Sommelier Joy Cushing for a course that introduces you to the joys of wine tasting and the unique characteristics found in every glass. You will use your newfound skills to participate in a "blind tasting" to identify four different wines.

Professor Claus J. Riedel was the first designer to recognize that the bouquet, taste, balance and finish of wines are affected by the shape of the glass from which they are drunk. In this fascinating class led by an expert from Riedel, discover why the glass matters. At the conclusion of the class, Guests attending this event will be presented with their tasting set of four Riedel Vinum series lead crystal wine glasses* to enjoy at home.

Wine, Beer and Spirits Education and Tasting SeminarsExplore the exciting world of wine, beer and spirits by attending an educational seminar led by a noted winemaker, master brewer, distiller or Disneyland Resort sommelier. All events and schedules are subject to change without notice. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to attend wine, beer or spirits seminars, demonstrations and events. Please bring valid photo identification. Guests must purchase a tasting wristband to attend Wine, Beer and Spirits Education and Tasting Seminars. Wristbands are available for purchase in the queue before each seminar for $1.00, cash only, while supplies last.

Located in the entrance plaza of Disney's California Adventure Park, the Festival Welcome Center is the hub for all up-to-date Festival information including daily event schedules and Signature Event reservations (if available).

Be sure to visit the local artisans while browsing an array of culinary and wine-inspired crafts, original art, and gourmet home and food products. Located in the Pacific Wharf.
