Making history on Friday, June 24, 2022, the Supreme Court ruled to overturn Roe v. Wade, the longstanding precedent that guaranteed women the fundamental right to have an abortion.
The Walt Disney Company, according to L.A. journalist Matthew Belloni, has advised its cast members that it will cover travel expenses for those who live in states where abortion is illegal to travel to a state where abortion remains legal.

Disney joins several other major entertainment companies such as Paramount Global, Netflix, Comcast, Warner Bros, and Sony in this policy.
