Walt Disney World has expanded its Airport Luggage Transfer service once again, with Delta Air Lines now joining the program as the fourth participating airline. Operated by BagCheck, the service first launched in April 2025 for Southwest Airlines passengers before expanding to American Airlines and United Airlines in May 2026. Disney has previously said it plans to continue growing the program, leaving the door open for additional airlines to join in the future.
The service is currently available at select Disney Resort hotels and applies to eligible domestic flights arriving at and departing from Orlando International Airport (MCO).

If you remember Disney’s former Airline Check-In Service, this works in a similar way. Guests can have their checked luggage transferred directly between Orlando International Airport and their Disney Resort hotel, eliminating the need to carry bags through the airport, onto transportation, and into their room.
The program remains in a testing phase and is currently available at:
- All-Star Movies Resort
- All-Star Music Resort
- All-Star Sports Resort
- Art of Animation Resort
- Pop Century Resort
You must be flying domestically on American Airlines, Delta Airlines, Southwest Airlines, or United Airlines.
This service is separate from the former Magical Express, which provided transportation between the airport and Walt Disney World before ending in 2022. While Airport Luggage Transfer doesn’t include transportation, it does bring back some of the convenience many guests have missed.
For arrivals, the service allows guests to head straight to the parks or explore their resort without waiting for their luggage to arrive at baggage claim. On departure day, it makes the trip back to the airport smoother by removing one more step from the process. Disney is continuing their testing and refining of the experience, with the potential to expand the service to more Disney Resorts and airlines in the future.
