‘Maleficent’ Takes the Top Spot at the International Box Office

Maleficent: Mistress of Evil raked in another $18.3 million at the box office this weekend, which tailed only Warner Bros. Joker. That being said internationally Maleficent took the top stop, earning $64.3 million, which added to the total of $228 million in international sales. Ewan McGregor Shares New Details About the Upcoming Disney+ Obi-Wan Series

In an interview with Men’s Journal Ewan McGregor shared new details about the upcoming Obi-Wan Kenobi series coming to Disney+. During the interview, he confirmed that the show will consist of 6 episodes that are all approximately 1 hour long. Disney Reportedly Locking Up the Classic 21st Century Fox Films in the Disney Vault

According to a Vulture report, since the Walt Disney Company acquired 21st Century Fox many theater managers and film programmers have had a harder time showing older films from the 21st Century Fox catalog. Reportedly classic films like The Sound of Music, which were occasionally shown in smaller for-profit theaters are now unavailable. Disney Manager Arrested on Charges of Child Pornography Possession

According to WESH, a Walt Disney World manager named Brett Kinney has been “arrested on suspicion of possessing child pornography.” Last week Kinney was detained in his Lake Alfred home. Kinney apparently confessed to the police that he had been watching child pornography for 22 years. Anteater Attacks a Child During a Disney Cruise Port of Call Leading to a Lawsuit

On an October 2018 sailing on the Disney Wonder, a child was reportedly attacked and injured by an anteater off the ship in Cartagena, Colombia. When the boy and his family returned to the Disney Wonder documents show that they visited the medical care facility. Southern Caribbean Island Now Requires a Passport from Cruise Line Passengers

Travelers planning on visiting Martinique on a cruise, including Disney Cruise Line, will now be required to bring a valid passport to disembark the ship.
