Temporary Floral Garden Proposed for Hong Kong Disneyland Expansion Area

A local businessman has proposed a European-style garden on the land set aside for future expansion of Hong Kong Disneyland. The 148-acre is reserved for the second phase of the resort, which isn’t expected to begin construction until at least 2023. Registrar Certifies Signatures on Petition Forcing Disneyland to Pay a ‘Living Wage’

Early last month, a group of unions representing many of Disneyland’s cast members submitted about 20,000 signatures asking for a ballot measure that would force larger Anaheim employers, including the Disneyland Resort, to pay workers at least $15 per hour. Two Grevy’s Zebra Foals Make Their Debut at Animal Kingdom

Two new Grevy’s zebra foals, born April 26th and May 1st, are now visible to Disney’s Animal Kingdom guests who visit the Gorilla Falls Exploration Trail. According to zebra keepers, the foals resemble their mothers, in both appearance and manner. Youka, the foal of Laylee, is curious and independent like her mom.
