Jingle Cruise Won’t Be Part of the Holidays at Disneyland in 2017

The Disneyland Resort has confirmed that Jingle Cruise, the holiday overlay for the classic Jungle Cruise attraction, will not be part of the holiday celebration this year. Yachtsman Steakhouse to Offer Casual Breakfast and Lunch

While the Captain’s Grille at Disney’s Yacht Club Resort finishes up its lengthy refurbishment, the Yachtsman Steakhouse will offer a casual breakfast and lunch service. For dinner, The Market at Ale & Compass will add more hot menu items until Captain’s Grille returns. Chef Oscar Martinez Retires from Disneyland After 60 Years

Longtime Cast Member Oscar Martinez announced yesterday on Facebook that he is retiring from Disneyland effective today. Chef Oscar began working at Disneyland on December 29, 1956, starting as a busboy in Fantasyland quick-serve locations, then as a cook at the Carnation Cafe, and most recently greeting guests at the Carnation Cafe. Disney Cruise Line Continues to Alter Eastern Caribbean Itinerary

Due to damage in the Caribbean caused by Hurricane Irma, Disney Cruise Line has announced that the adjusted itineraries on their Eastern Caribbean sailings aboard the Disney Fantasy will continue through at least the November 4th sailing. Walt Disney Company to Donate $500,000 for Mexican Earthquake Relief

The Walt Disney Company is set to donate $500,000 to aid in relief efforts in Central Mexico after the recent earthquakes. The donations will be made to to the Mexican Red Cross, Save the Children and UNICEF to help in response and recovery.
