Disney sued over their MagicBand technology

The Walt Disney Co. is being sued by InCom Corp., a California company who claims Disney stole technology from them and used it for their MagicBands and attendance tracking.

InCom says “it developed three patents since 2008 for an attendance tracking system it markets to schools and other venues” and that MagicBands use that technology. كيف تفوز بالروليت

Disney says “the lawsuit is without merit, and we will respond to it in court.”

InCom says that their attendance tracking uses RFID (radio frequency identification), which didn’t work well before they improved upon it. Disney’s MagicBands run with an RFID chip. لعبه القمار روليت

Her Chicago-born husband, David, left the city for her, and they're now raising their three children (Jacob, Jonah and Lydia) just 12 miles from her hometown. As the Senior Editor of the DIS (wdwinfo.com), Leah spends a lot of time writing about, reading about, and discussing Disney. So, it should come as no surprise that one of her family's favorite ways to spend time is going to Walt Disney World and traveling on Disney Cruise Line. She also enjoys shopping, watching movies with her husband and doing crafts with and for her kids.
