This fall, the Disney Magic will head to Bermuda for the first time as Disney Cruise Line offers several sailings from New York City to the beautiful island!
The 5-night and 6-night sailings offer two or three days at Bermuda, so there will be lots of time to explore the pink sand beaches and world-class shopping.
The blend of British, American, and West Indian cultures offers up plenty to do in this tropical paradise and Disney Cruise Line has put together several Port Adventures, including something for the whole family.
For the adventurous, the Bermuda Triangle Evening Cruise will take guests sailing on a 50-foot, glass-bottom boat. Hear the strange history of the area as you explore the coral reefs and exotic fish below.
Explore Tom Moore’s Jungle with the Hidden Gems Exploration Adventure. The 12-acre reserve lets guests jump from cliffs and explore caves while swimming in the clear blue waters. Guests will also have an opportunity to snorkel or just relax on the beach, plus enjoy some homemade ice cream.
More water sports can be found on the Rising Son Catamaran Swim and Snorkel adventure. Guests can swim, kayak, paddleboard, or snorkel at several secluded sites.
Families might enjoy the Pirate Sunset Glass-Bottom Cocktail Cruise. The pirate-themed crew will take guests on a search for old shipwrecks, while they tell stories about pirates that sailed the waters of Bermuda. Adults can enjoy Rum Swizzle cocktails as the kids play with their eyepatches and pirate hats.
For more wildlife, guests can try the Bermuda Aquarium and Museum Zoo Cruise. View hundreds of different birds, fish, reptiles, and mammals, plus don’t miss the North Rock Exhibit, with its replica of a coral reef teeming with barracudas and sharks.
Combine the zoo with a trip to the Bermuda Underwater Exploration Institute in the Bermuda Family Fun-Aquarium and Zoo adventure. While there, explore underwater dive sites in immersive virtual realty with their newest exhibit.
Enjoy a 5-night sailing to Bermuda beginning October 4, 19, 24 or 29, 2018. One 6-night sailing, with three days in Bermuda, is set for October 13, 2018. The Magic will also return to Bermuda for three sailings in 2019.
