The EPCOT International Festival of the Arts is happening now through February 23, 2026! Guests can look forward to artfully crafted food and drinks, Disney on Broadway performances, live art demonstrations, and lots of unique Disney art available for purchase. Festival of the Arts packs a lot in a short time-frame and is arguably EPCOT’s best festival.
With over 18 food booths and 48 new menu items, it’s impossible to experience it all. While there are many favorites, here are just some of the food and drink highlights our team experienced on the first day of the 2026 Festival of the Arts!

Figment’s Inspiration Station
The Odyssey – World Celebration
Figment Fantasy Cake – (NEW) sponge cake filled with strawberry whipped cream topped with a white chocolate ganache, orange icing, and white chocolate Figment wings – $5.79
The Figment Fantasy Cake looks like it would be too cute to eat but in reality it’s delightfully sweet and unique in flavor. The light sponge cake paired with the strawberry whipped cream frosting is similar to a strawberry shortcake and complimented by the tart strawberry coulis drizzle. The cake is covered in white chocolate ganache that is not too-heavy or distracting from the cake itself. It’s rare for a themed dessert to be executed this well. Don’t miss the Figment Fantasy Cake for a sweet way to start your Festival of the Arts day!

La Cava del Tequila
Inside the Mexico Pavilion
ArtGarita – LALO high-proof blanco tequila, balanced with honeydew liqueur and coconut extract, then finished with cold foam and a cherry-watermelson salt magic touch – $21
We love a secret menu item almost as much as we love the margaritas from La Cava del Tequila and this checks both of those boxes. While it’s not featured on any menu, just let the bartenders know “Dom sent me” for access to this limited-time margarita. Inspired by artist Dom Corona, the ArtGarita is served in the artistโs pastel print cup to take home. Don’t let the colors of this margarita fool you… it’s strong! The high-proof tequila is matched with the sweetness of the honeydew liqueuer and if it’s still too strong, be sure to stir the cold foam into the drink.

Don’t miss Dom Corona’s colorful art while at Festival of the Arts or year-round at the Four Seasons Orlando!

Goshiki
Japan
Wagyu Bun – (NEW) steamed bun filled with sweet and savory minced American wagyu beef – $10.75
Even though Japan has featured a wagyu bun at past EPCOT festivals, this one is a fun purple color to go with the theme of Festival of the Arts. Honestly, I don’t care what color the bun is, the wagyu beef mixture is incredible. It has a slight teriyaki flavor and a richness that maybe comes from onion or garlic. You’ll be tempted to not share this one!

The Craftsman’s Courtyard
Walkway between World Showcase and the Imagination Pavilion
Cast Iron-Roasted P.E.I. Mussels – with sautรฉed tomatoes, garlic, and fresh herbs – $7.99
The Cast-Iron Mussels are a returning menu item but are new to us and we’re so glad we tried them! As soon as you walk by the Craftsman’s Courtyard, you can smell the garlic and herbs from the mussels being freshly roasted on the grill. The mussels are tender and the flavor of the broth is both savory and slightly acidic from the tomatoes. The portion size of this dish makes it easily shareable. Be sure to grab a spoon to scoop up the extra broth!

Pop Eats!
Walkway between World Showcase and the Imagination Pavillion
Croque Monsieur-Inspired Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup – (NEW) made with Black Forest ham, gruyere, and bรฉchamel sauce – $6.79
The grilled cheese and tomato soup combo has always been a Festival of the Arts staple and we had to try this new version! This is almost a fork and knife sandwich, featuring plenty of black forrest ham, cheese, and rich sauce. The sweet bรฉchamel sauce makes the sandwich perfect to dip into the tomato soup. While the soup isn’t anything to write home about, it’s better than a canned-version despite its presentation. Speaking of, how cute is the Figment can of soup! And don’t be fooled by the creamy foam on top, this is still a classic tomato soup.

Deco Delights
Near Port of Entry
Sparkling Spectacle Gateau – (NEW) vanilla bean mousse with a golden caramel center and apricot jam on a hazelnut cookie – $5.99
The simplicity of the vanilla mousse is perfectly matched with the overabundance of sweet caramel inside. The caramel is the real star of this dessert tasting as if it was homemade that same day. Combine the smooth mousse and caramel with the hazelnut cookie, and the Sparkling Spectacle Gateau is a delightful dessert with just the right texture.

We can’t wait to highlight more of this year’s Festival of the Arts including more menu items to try during your visit to EPCOT!
