This summer, Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort is bringing the fun in a big way with its Cool Kid Summer lineup, perfect for families looking to make the most of their Walt Disney World vacation. From sunrise fun to nighttime magic, similar to the three other participating Disney resort hotels – Art of Animation, Pop Century, and Wilderness Lodge – this resort is packed with kid-friendly activities, entertainment, and chances to soak up those tropical vibes. Whether you’re splashing at the pool or catching a movie under the stars, there’s something fun happening around every corner.
Earlier this week, we shared the details of Cool Kid Summer happenings at Disney’s Art of Animation Resort and Disney’s Wilderness Lodge. While some of the offerings are similar at Caribbean Beach, there are a few that make this resort special.
Guests can begin their day with the Wake Up Shake Up Party at the Caribbean Beach Skyliner Station, making it fun for everyone passing through. It’s a high-energy way to get everyone moving and ready for a day of adventure.
Then head over to the Fuentes del Morro Pool from 1:00 to 2:30 pm for poolside games, trivia, and relays that are just as fun as they are refreshing, especially in the heat of the summer. Cast members keep the energy and laughter going as kids and families dive into the action. Fair warning that it is a bit of a walk from the Skyliner station over to the pool area.
In the afternoon, the fun continues indoors at the Old Port Royale Lobby with “Disney Fan Family Fun.”
These family-friendly games, like the Find A Friend scavenger hunt, are all about teamwork, creativity, and a little Disney knowledge. It’s a great way to spend some quality time together while cooling off from the afternoon sun, and you can earn a fun prize, too!
As with the Find A Friend buttons at the other three resorts, this one has four circles where guests can earn a sticker each time they return to the lobby and show a photo of the prop in its new hiding spot.
As the day winds down, head to Martinique Beach for the cozy Caribbean Campfire from 6:30 to 7:30 pm. You’ll get to roast marshmallows and relax as the sun sets, and s’mores kits are available for purchase.
Then, grab a spot at Caribbean Cay Island Movie Lawn for Movies Under the Stars at 8:30 pm, where you can kick back and enjoy a different Disney film each night in a breezy, outdoor setting.

Don’t miss the Caribbean Glow Festival on Saturday nights from 8:00 to 10:00 pm at the Fuentes del Morro Pool deck for an extra splash of nighttime excitement.
