Crew of Disney Magic rescues man who went overboard from a Royal Caribbean ship

The crew of the Disney Magic has rescued a 22-year-old man from the ocean. The man was a passenger on Royal Caribbean’s Oasis of the Seas and it is unclear how he ended up in the water. Passengers onboard the Magic spotted the man and told the crew, who then went after him in a lifeboat and were able to bring him aboard. He was transferred to shore for treatment.

Royal Caribbean issued a statement: “He was spotted by a crew member from another cruise ship, and picked up. We are grateful for the other ship’s assistance.”
