Disney Looks to Acquire Another 10% Hulu Stake from WarnerMedia

The Walt Disney Company is “in active discussions” with AT&T regarding WarnerMedia’s 10% ownership share in Hulu, according to a report from Variety. Disney currently own a 30% stake in the streaming platform; Fox and Comcast/NBCUniversal both own 30%, and the last 10% belongs to WarnerMedia. Brazil Approves Disney-Fox Deal, Mexico Likely to Follow

Disney’s long road to the acquisition of 21st Century Fox properties could be nearing its end. After a 5-to-1 vote yesterday, Brazil’s antitrust regulatory agency Cade has given the Disney-Fox merger the go-ahead. As was expected, this approval did not come without stipulations. Missouri Resident Jackie Pirtle-Hall Wins 2019 Disney Princess Half Marathon

An Olympic Marathon Trials qualifier took first place by over a 4-minute margin at Walt Disney World’s Disney Princess Half Marathon today.
