Disneyland releases more details of Diamond Celebration

This week the Disneyland Resort released more information about entertainment, merchandise and food items that are coming for the Diamond Celebration, plus announced a new contest related to the celebration celebrating Disneyland Park’s 60th birthday. Disneyland confirms upgrades to classic attractions

The Disneyland Resort has finally confirmed two rumored upgrades to classic Fantasyland attractions. When the Matterhorn Bobsleds reopen on May 16th, guests will see new effects and according to the DisneyParks Blog, “the Abominable Snowman in ways you’ve never seen him before.” The upgrades to Peter Pan’s Flight, which opens May 21st, include a new Disneyland confirms upgrades to classic attractions

Finale for the Disneyland Band?

The Disney Parks Blog posted recently that live music would be “expanding at Disneyland Park beginning July 17,” with more musical acts throughout the day and new arrangements and themed performances for the Disneyland Band. What the official Disney site didn’t say is that, per union contract, current members of the band were recently given Finale for the Disneyland Band?

Disneyland fans Morgan and Tina Freitag were heading to the Resort recently when they passed by a truck carrying what appear to be decorations destined for Sleeping Beauty Castle and Carthay Circle Restaurant. Arizona man arrested again for selling fake Disneyland tickets

After just being released from prison last fall, Terance Hutchinson of Avondale, Arizona has been arrested once again for selling fake Disneyland tickets to as many as 20 victims. Phoenix police arrested Hutchinson recently at his mother’s home where they found multiple counterfeit tickets. Marvel to skip San Diego Comic-Con?

In a recent casual interview on Facebook, James Gunn, director of “Guardians of the Galaxy”, hinted that Marvel Studios may be skipping Comic-Con. San Diego Comic-Con is held each summer in July and in recent years one of the hottest tickets has been the Marvel presentations, but according to Gunn, “Marvel isn’t going so I’m Marvel to skip San Diego Comic-Con?
