World renowned chef Arnaud Lallement, one of the chefs who curates and collaborates with others to create the menu for Disney Cruise Line‘s adult-exclusive restaurant, Remy, has recently been named one of the ten best chefs in the world by Le Chef.
The Le Chef list was voted upon by two and three star Michelin chefs, and those who made the list did so based upon the foundations of both the cooking profession and the outstanding cuisine featured in their restaurants. Chef Arnaud is known around the world for his three star Michelin restaurant, L’Assiette Champenoise, which is located near Reims, France.
Remy, featured on both the Disney Fantasy and the Disney Dream, is one of two adult-exclusive restaurants onboard Disney Cruise Line ships. Remy takes its inspiration from the Disney•Pixar film, Ratatouille. Remy features gourmet cuisine and wine pairings, and combines both classic and modern styles. A dinner at Remy is an exquisite experience, and the restaurant offers a French wine list featuring 200 vintages from across France, and Remy‘s Vault, an exclusive wine list with rare wines from across the world.
Chef Arnaud works with Chef Scott Hunnel, of Victoria and Albert’s at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and Spa, to ensure that Remy’s menu is one that utilizes seasonal ingredients and showcases excellent products.
