FuelRod Swapping Will No Longer Be Free of Charge at Walt Disney World Beginning Nov. 1
Since the day FuelRod became the preferred portable device charger at the Walt Disney World Resort, there has never been a swap charge. Beginning November 1, 2019, guests wishing to swap out their drained FuelRod for a fully-charged one will be required to pay $3 for that swap. McDonald’s on Walt Disney World Property to Close for Refurbishment Beginning Oct. 30
Beginning October 30, 2019, the McDonald’s restaurant located at 1596 W. Buena Vista Drive near Disney’s All-Star Resorts will start a refurbishment project in order to deliver a redesigned, elevated experience. The restaurant will remain closed during construction and will reopen in 2020.
