New Merchandise Revealed for Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party 2017

UPDATE 8/25/17: The Hocus Pocus merchandise was removed almost immediately after the first Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party that took place with no word from Disney as to why. New MagicBand Design Celebrates the 45th Anniversary and the Railroad

A new limited edition MagicBand, available starting today, has been released in celebration of the Magic Kingdom‘s 45th Anniversary! The band heavily features the Walt Disney World Railroad. There are only 2,500 bands available, so if you are interested get them while they last. Another Patent Infringement Lawsuit Against Disney was Filed Feb. 24

According to Law360, a second patent infringement suit was filed against Walt Disney Parks and Resorts accusing the entertainment enterprise of stealing patented technology for use in its MagicBand products that monitor park attendance and purchases made by guests, amongst other things.
