EPCOT
The Living Seas Pavilion
Inside The Seas with Nemo and Friends, there is an event space with views that rival Coral Reef Restaurant. This unique setting has oversized windows looking into the aquarium and you can only see it if you’re attending an event. The space can be used for a meeting for up to 84 guests, seated dinner for up to 144, or cocktail reception for up to 200.
American Adventure Rotunda
You’ve likely walked through the American Adventure Rotunda to watch the Voices of Liberty perform or see The American Adventure attraction. This impressive space can hold anywhere from 85 to 450 guests and is often used for seated dinners or receptions with entertainment and dancing.
Italy Isola
The Italy Isola is perfect for desserts and views of Luminous The Symphony of Us. While you can access this space during the day, it is almost always used for events in the evening. The Italy Isola can host up to 175 guests.
This is an event space that feels straight out of a Disney Parks fan’s dreams. Where else can you enjoy the most magical fireworks view with unlimited churros, dessert Mickey waffles, Dole Whip and “The Grey Stuff” pastries, hand-dipped Mickey ice cream bars, plus a full bar.
Hollywood Studios

You can now meet familiar characters like Rey and Chewbacca during your event. Most impressively, everything about this space and a Star Wars themed event is vetted by Lucasfilm.
Bay Lake Tower at Disney’s Contemporary Resort
Top of the World Lounge
The Top of the World Lounge is perched high above Magic Kingdom at the top of Bay Lake Tower. This space is open in the evenings exclusively for Disney Vacation Club Members and is one of Disney’s newest options for an event space. Not only are you super close to the Magic Kingdom but The Top of the World Lounge can be used for an intimate lunch or a large party with the most iconic backdrop. The lounge comfortably seats 77 guests but with a combined indoor and outdoor patio space, an event can host as many as a couple hundred people.
Disney’s Boardwalk Inn Convention Center
Disney World has 5 resorts with convention centers – Coronado Springs, Board Walk Inn, Yacht and Beach Club, Grand Floridian, and Contemporary. Convention spaces allow Disney to create completely immersive spaces and multi-room experiences. One of Disney’s most beloved attractions and coolest event themes is the Haunted Mansion. Disney once created a Haunted Mansion birthday party where every room was a different experience true to the actual attraction. Familiar spirits like Master Gracey, The Hitchhiking Ghosts, the grave digger, and the phantom organist can all be in attendance for your event. Catering can include themed menu items like purple mashed potatoes and Constance Hatchaway desserts. The Haunted Mansion themed event is a perfect example of an experience only Disney can provide.
