I took a spin on Test Track at Epcot this afternoon to get a peek at the construction progress on the new space themed restaurant that will be opening this winter, Space 220.
Things seem to be moving right along. Construction team members were seen this afternoon working on the exterior building façade.
The curved lines of the exterior of Space 220 echo the curved lines of the exteriors of its neighbors, Mission: SPACE and Test Track. The restaurant is located in Future World East, and, as previously reported, will be run by The Patina Group. The Patina Group also runs Via Napoli Ristorante e Pizzeria and Tutto Italia Ristorante in Epcot, and Enzo’s Hideaway Tunnel Bar, Maria and Enzo’s Ristorante, Pizza Ponte, Morimoto Asia, and The Edison in Disney Springs, as well as several restaurants in Disneyland’s Downtown Disney.
