Disney Postpones Release Date on ‘Star Wars: Episode IX’

Star Wars: Episode XI was originally supposed to hit theatres on May 24, 2019, but along with yet another new director, a new release date has just been announced. The official release date has been bumped up to December 20, 2019. We’ve also learned that the live-action adaptation of Aladdin will hit theatres on May 24, 2019.
