Expanded Pathway Between Liberty Square and Fantasyland is Now Open – Photos

In an effort to decongest the Magic Kingdom the pathway between Liberty Square and Fantasyland was expanded. Without any fanfare, the shortcut between the two lands opened for guests on August 24. Permit Approved for 14-Story Tower at Disney Springs Best Western

The South Florida Water Management District has just issued a permit for a new tower and other additions to the Best Western located near Disney Springs. The Reedy Creek Improvement District submitted applications for the project, titled “Black Lake Hotel,” in mid-August. Additional Theming May Be Added to a Hollywood Studios Attraction Soon

A permit filed today could imply that additional theming is in store for an attraction adjacent to Stage Lane in Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Although there are a few possibilities, based on the address of the project and contractor involved, it currently appears that an attraction in Toy Story Land might already be adding onto its ride and Additional Theming May Be Added to a Hollywood Studios Attraction Soon
