This morning the Broadcast Film Critics Association along with the Broadcast Television Journalists Association announced their nominees for the 24th Annual Critics’ Choice Awards. Marvel’s Black Panther received 12 nominations, while Mary Poppins Returns received nine. Avengers: Infinity War, Incredibles 2, and Ralph Breaks the Internet also received nominations. Cell Phone Video Shows Doors Not Opening for Guests on Walt Disney World Monorail

A Walt Disney World guest posted a video yesterday taken aboard Monorail yellow which shows the doors failing to open for several stops. Typhoon Lagoon Guest Injured on Miss Adventure Falls

A 44-year-old man was injured Saturday afternoon at Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon water park after his arm got caught in one of the conveyor belts on Miss Adventure Falls. According to the Orange County Sheriff’s Office, the injuries were not life-threatening, however the guest was airlifted to the Osceola County Regional Medical Center. Typhoon Lagoon Water Park Will be Closed Dec. 10-11 Due to Weather

Walt Disney World has announced that due to a forecast of low temperatures, Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon water park will be closed December 10th and 11th. The water park is expected to reopen on December 12th. Disney’s Blizzard Beach is in the middle of its annual refurbishment, so it remains closed as well. Is Disneyland Cracking Down on Personal Shoppers and Merchandise Resellers?

According to the Orange County Register, the Disneyland Resort has begun cancelling the Annual Passes of people that Disney has identified as buying merchandise in the parks with the intent to resell it. Joey Fatone Added to Candlelight Processional Schedule for Dec. 24-25

Epcot has announced that former *NSYNC member Joey Fatone has been added to the Candlelight Processional schedule for December 24th and 25th. Fatone replaces Edward James Olmos who was previously scheduled for those days. No official reason was giving for the cancellation, however Olmos recently mourned the passing of his mother.
