Disney Braille Guides
Braille guidebooks are available at Guest Relations in all four of the Disney Theme Parks. These guides provide a general overview of the Theme Park. A refundable $25 deposit is required (must return item on the same day for refund).

Permanent Braille Maps

Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park has permanent Braille maps located inside the park's Guest Relations office and at the Tip Board found at Discovery Island.

Each Park has cassette tapes that give the Guest a sense of direction and an overview of the attractions. Audio cassettes and portable tape players are available at Guest Relations in the MAGIC KINGDOM , Epcot, the Disney Hollywood Studios, and Disney's Animal Kingdom.  A refundable $25.00 deposit is required (must return item on the same day for refund). Service animals are welcome in most areas of Disney World. At all times service animals must remain on a leash or in a harness. Guests should follow the same attraction entrance procedures as described for Guests using wheelchairs. Due to the nature of some attractions, service animals may not be permitted to enter. In those instances, a member of the Guest’s party must remain with the animal.

Designated "Break" Areas for Service Animals
Each Theme Park and Resort has specific locations for service animal relief. Please consult the Guidebook for Guests with Disabilities (available at Guest Relations) for where these areas are found.

Service Animal Restrictions
Due to the nature of the experience, service animals are not permitted on the following attractions:
